Joel Johnson – Group Vice President

Joel has been with Thrivent since 2009, but his career in financial services began back in 1985 as an advisor. Since 1988, Joel has held leadership roles in the field. He and his wife, Rondi, have two children and are members of Mercer Island Presbyterian Church in Mercer Island, Washington. In his free time, he enjoys golf and boating.

Ramsey Israwi – Market Vice President

Ramsey is passionate about leading a diverse team of people who operate with integrity, love building relationships, are driven to serve their communities and put their families first. Jessica joined the Thrivent team in 2014 and has stayed because of her team’s ability to elevate the financial blueprint of our community by providing holistic financial advice for every generation. She has two children, Quinn and Claire, and is married to her college sweetheart, Mica Koefod. Jessica also serves as a Major in the Idaho Air National Guard, 124th Fighter Wing.
