Title: Relationship Manager
Reports to: Director of Dedicated Planning and Investment Operations
Location: Temecula Office
Hours: Monday-Friday flexible hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm
Comp: $60-90k plus bonus
General Description
The Relationship Manager is critical for building trust and value with clients. They are responsible for overseeing client relationships within the practice for their dedicated group of clients. Position works closely with managed account clients and helps manage the Client Service Matrix (CSM). This includes sending out customized client communications, planning workshops and events and having meaningful touchpoints throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce Calling tree to coordinate/schedule appointments
- Manages the CSM and effectively implements
- Client point of contact for all service related items
- Adjustments to client record in Salesforce as needed
- Interact with clients to ensure a smooth/consistent client experience
- Properly document in Salesforce client interactions and meetings
- Finalize, submit, and track all client account and application paperwork
- Gather and maintain customer suitability information
- Completes electronic and paper service forms and new business applications
- Show clients how to access their accounts and read statements
- May fill out and sign Variable Life/Variable Annuity/Mutual Fund/Brokerage applications
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Lead Advisors or Director of Dedicated Planning and Investment Operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on business needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment industry or similar experience
- Securities license (7/66 or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health and Annuity license required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Strong organizational skills in virtual work environment
