As our Client Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in daily operations, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute directly to our mission-focused, collaborative environment.


This position is located in Mendota Heights, MN (hybrid).

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Client Experience (40%) : Communicate professionally, capture detailed meeting notes, draft clear client summaries, and proactively support client follow-ups.
  • Operations & Administration (35%) : Organize client meeting preparations, maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce), and assist with new account setups and forms.
  • Project & Team Support (25%) : Collaborate on special projects, marketing initiatives, and event planning, primarily working with Anne Kersten while supporting Eva Stukenberg (team lead) and shared clients 25% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (required)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Previous financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or near completion strongly preferred; willingness to pursue further licensing (licensing support provided)
