Discovery
We’ll get to know each other—discussing your goals, needs, compensation and transition—to help assure a good fit for you and your practice. Due diligence will evaluate your background, practice details and book of business while focusing on book portability and key transition support.

Pre-transition
We’ll take a deep dive through logistics and our platforms and investigate technology, human resources and other needs while preparing you to make a transition.

Transition
As your key point of contact, your Advisor Transition Consultant will facilitate your licensing and registration, set up technology, coordinate necessary meetings and help transfer client accounts. Our subject matter experts will guide your transition, onboarding you seamlessly and efficiently.

Post-transition
