FAQs about our internships

Are your internships full-time and paid?

All our 12-week internships are paid, with most of them considered full-time. If you work at least 20 hours a week you can be eligible for medical and wellness benefits.

Will my internship be remote or onsite?

The majority of our roles are remote, but some require onsite. Every role is open to you working from Minneapolis, MN, or Appleton, WI, at our headquarters.

Will there be social and networking events?

Yes. Through scheduled activities, you'll have the opportunity to connect with experienced professionals both in your field and cross-functionally. We bring all interns to Minneapolis for a summer intern event that's consistently one our biggest hits.

Are there any tests or requirements I need?

There are no specific requirements to qualify for internships. We look for strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership and involvement in school or community activities.

Can I receive academic credit for this internship?

Contact your college's career center for information on academic credit.

At the end of my internship, will there be a full-time opportunity?

Roughly 50% of our summer interns receive full-time employment opportunities, and we continue to stay connected with all former interns, providing access to future roles, networking opportunities, and career growth within our organization.
