Description
Responsible for overall Administration of the corporate credit card programs. Serves as the contact for cardholders and liaison between cardholders and program vendor. Assists in development and deployment of card usage procedures. Develops and provides cardholder and manager training. Assists with projects as needed.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Administers the overall credit card program policies and program. Issuing cards based on standard limits and MCC codes and cancelling cards as necessary.
Ensure timely expense report submissions and vendor payments while minimizing late fees and maximizing rebates
Develop and distribute credit card program literature and materials. Provides training to employees as needed.
Resolves charge card program problem involving the Credit Card Program Manager and IT technical support as needed.
Notifies managers and cardholders of non-compliance issues and addresses non-compliance
Deploy charge card program strategies to optimize programs.
Identifies and initiates enrollment of additional merchants for card payment programs
Work with internal and external partners to define and communicate specifications and expectations of purchases.
Assists with projects as needed
Required Job Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience; four-year degree or Credit Card Administration experience preferred.
Proven track record working with internal customers and vendors at a professional level
Strong training, change management, and oral/written communications skills.
Proficiency in expense reporting tools, word processing, spread sheets, and email especially tracking and measuring program performance
Demonstrated skills in document management, maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.
