Financial advisor path
Fulfill your career ambitions while helping people reach their financial goals. We offer several ways you can become a full-time advisor.

Virtual Advice Team
Meet and serve clients over the phone or video conferencing as a member of our Virtual Advice Team.
During each virtual appointment, you’ll build connection and trust with each client as you learn about their values and dreams. You’ll help each client form a financial strategy to achieve their goals.
Independent advisor path
Establish or maintain your own brand through Thrivent Advisor Network—a flexible RIA business platform.
You can run your business independently with our operational support. That means compliance and risk management, access to capital, curated technology solutions, growth consulting and more.

This position can be hybrid.
Both. The products we offer are dictated by the client's needs. Revenue comes from fees and commissions. You have access to Thrivent proprietary products as well as other products and solutions.
The geographic area in which work is dictated by your licenses and relationships with potential clients.
We offer virtual and in-person training options.
We pay for the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
